Attention: all returns are borne by the buyer. The refund of the product will be equal to the cost of the same minus the shipping costs incurred by us. If in the presence of error of size, color, and any reason not dependent on our will or lack of diligence, the resend will be considered at the expense of the buyer and you will be charged the shipping costs of sending goods. If there is no receipt or invoice, we will also charge you 22% VAT.

Defective products

Shoes, clothing and accessories: we accept the return provided the goods have been purchased on Platinum.shoes no later than 2 months ago and provided our inspectors confirm the defect of materials or workmanship.


We remind you to attach a letter and photos in which you illustrate the problem encountered.


Packing instructions

  • please try to pack the products in the original box and packing. If this is not possible, try to pack the product in a similar way to ensure maximum protection.
  • IMPORTANT: if you return two products at the same time with a single order number, you will have to return them together in the same box, using a single authorization.
